Payment

With the exception of our one day Beijing Culture options and our Shadowing options, guests should pay a deposit upon reservation. This deposit accounts for 20% of the total price. Guests will pay the remaining amount within two weeks of the scheduled activity.

We offer four methods of payment for our guests. Please choose the method that is the most convenient for you. Note that our quotations for payment are based upon the current 1 USD equivalent to 6.9 CNY (RMB). To check the current exchange rate, please go to www.xe.com.

Method 1: Western Union

If a Western Union is easily accessible to you, this method is a very convenient and secure way to pay. The information required to make a payment using Western Union is:

Method 2: Bank Transfer

Another convenient and secure method of payment is a wire transfer directly into the China Reflection bank account. This method is especially convenient for those of you who have a Bank of America account, as it requires no fee.  When you have successfully made your payment, scan or photograph, then e-mail the receipt to us at sales@chinareflection.com for verification. Method 3: Cash

(for those already in China)

Should you already be in China, you may want to choose to pay us directly in cash.

Step 1: Pay the 20% deposit (except for one day options) within 48 hours confirmation of your reservation.

Step 2: Pay the remaining 80% on the day of (or before) participation in the activity/event.

Method 4: Paypal

Paypal supports a secure and confidential online payment service. For the security center of Paypal, please go to this website: www.paypal.com/security. While membership is free, both members and non-members can use Paypal.

How to use Paypal

  1. Go to the paypal homepage at www.paypal.com.
  2. Login to your Paypal account or sign up for a new account
  3. Click on “Send Money”
  4. Enter sales@chinareflection.com as the recipient
  5. Submit payment

Note that a 4% transaction fee will be added to the total cost of the program which you choose when using Paypal.
